Important Terms & Conditions
All vouchers are deemed to be in date, to have the face value stated in the catalogue and are sold subject to the original retailer’s terms and conditions.

Where no expiry date is stated on the voucher the original retailer’s terms of use will prevail.

Purchasers are encouraged to check the balance and expiry date of the vouchers they have purchased and to notify the auctioneers of any queries or discrepancies within 30 days of the auction. The auctioneers will not accept liability for any balance or expiry discrepancies that are not raised within this time period.

In the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy, a refund will be given once proof has been provided to and confirmed by the auctioneer. Statements for all gift cards can be obtained from all major retailers and will be used alongside the auctioneers’ photographic record to reconcile any discrepancies as they arise.

Buyers Premium & Internet Charges
Buyers Premium and iBidder Fee charged at 20.5% plus VAT, will be added to the bid price of all lots.

Will be added to lots which we believe are ‘single purpose’ vouchers. All other lots will not attract VAT on the bid price.

Unless otherwise requested vouchers and store cards will be posted by Special Delivery tracked mail to be signed for by the recipient. The auctioneers will charge a standard fee of £8 per package which can include up to a maximum of ten lots. Purchasers wishing to collect in person from Bedford are requested to make an appointment with the auctioneers.
